Custom Belt Buckle Questions
What are custom belt buckles?
Custom belt buckles are die-struck metal buckles made to your logo, event, or organization design. Metro Pins offers soft enamel and die struck finishes with a western or military back.
What is the difference between soft enamel and die struck?
Soft enamel adds recessed color between raised metal lines. Die struck is the same stamped metal with no color fill, finished in plating only.
Do you make custom rodeo belt buckles?
Yes. Most custom rodeo belt buckles are 3" to 4" with a western hinge-hook back. Color, 3D detail, and plating can be added to match the event or association.
What size should a custom belt buckle be?
Most orders are 3" to 4". Size is the greater of width or height. Other sizes are available on request.
What backs are available?
Western hinge-hook is standard. A military box-frame back for web belts is available.
Can custom belt buckles include 3D detail?
Yes. The zinc alloy can be tooled with raised and recessed 3D areas when the design needs depth.
Is there a minimum order?
You can order any quantity above the listed minimum. Price breaks apply at higher quantities.
Do you provide free artwork?
Yes. We prepare free digital artwork for approval before production.
