What are custom PVC patches?
Custom PVC patches are molded soft-rubber patches. They are flexible, waterproof, and made in 2D or 3D for uniforms, bags, and gear.
What are 3D rubber patches?
3D rubber patches are custom PVC patches with extra raised layers. 2D is usually one or two levels. 3D adds height. The 3D tab on this page is that style.
How do I attach a custom PVC patch?
Sew channel is free. Hook or loop is $0.25. Hook-and-loop or magnet is $0.50. Peel-and-stick is $0.20. Blank back is free. If the gear already has loop, order hook only.
How is PVC patch size measured?
Add height and width, then divide by two. A 3" x 5" patch is a 4" patch for pricing.
How thick are they?
Standard thickness is 2.5mm. Up to 5mm is available.
How many colors are included?
Up to seven colors are included. Extra colors are $0.10 each. PMS matching is available.
Are custom PVC patches outdoor-ready?
Yes. Soft PVC is flexible, waterproof, and built for outdoor gear.
Is there a minimum order?
You can order any quantity above the listed minimum. Price breaks apply at higher quantities.
How long does production take?
Standard production and shipping is typically within 30 calendar days. Rush production with 15-calendar-day delivery is available for an additional 15% charge.
