These are the available custom patch twill colors. Twill is the base cloth of an embroidered patch. On 50% and 75% coverage, that twill color shows. Refer to each swatch by the number on the charts below when you request a design. Screen color will not match the cloth exactly. Use the numbers, not a screenshot. Thread is separate. You still may choose a twill for the underside. On 50% and 75% patches, pick the twill color you want seen. How do I specify embroidered twill colors?Use the number next to each swatch. Put that number on the design request with the artwork. Is twill color the same as thread color?No. Twill is the cloth. Thread is the stitching. They have separate charts.
