How do I specify custom patch thread colors?

Use the number next to each swatch on this chart. Put those numbers on the design request with the artwork.

How many embroidered thread colors are included?

Nine thread colors are included on custom embroidered patches. Extra colors are $0.10 each.

Will the thread match what I see on my screen?

No. Monitors shift color. Order by chart number. We can note a close PMS aim if you need it, but thread is matched to this chart.

Is twill color the same as thread color?

No. Thread is the stitching. Twill is the base cloth that shows on 50% and 75% patches. Pick twill on the twill colors page.

Do I still pick thread colors on a 100% embroidered patch?

Yes. 100% coverage hides the twill, but every stitched area still uses a thread color from this chart.
