What are USA Softball pins?

USA Softball pins are team trading pins made for USA Softball Nationals and other USA Softball events. They carry the team name, colors, and year so players have something to swap during the week.

Is USA Softball the same as ASA?

Yes. USA Softball is the current name of the organization formerly called the Amateur Softball Association (ASA). Teams that still say ASA pins are usually ordering USA Softball Nationals trading pins.

Do players trade pins at USA Softball Nationals?

Yes. Pin trading is part of Nationals week. Players swap pins with other teams between games and take a stack home as a record of who they met.

When should we order USA Softball Nationals pins?

Start artwork once the team is committed to Nationals. Soft enamel takes longer because color is filled by hand. Do not wait for the final published team list if that list posts late.

How are USA Softball pins different from USSSA Fastpitch pins?

They are different organizations and different events. The pin process can be the same - soft enamel or photo screen - but the artwork should match the USA Softball event the team is actually attending.

Can you ship USA Softball pins to the Nationals hotel?

Yes. Put the hotel, complex, or home address on the design request and the date the pins must be in hand.

Do USA Softball pins include free artwork?

Yes. We prepare free digital artwork from the team logo, colors, and event wording before production starts.

How do we start a USA Softball pin order?

Send the logo, colors, quantity, and Nationals date through our softball design request. We will send artwork and pricing for approval.
