SHIPPING ADVISORY:  Inconvenient logistical challenges and delays persist within the global supply chain.  Historically reliable 1-3 day deliveries for UPS Worldwide Express & FedEx International Priority shipments are more realistically 2-5 days in our experience.  Improvements did occur in the first half of 2025, however we still see that consistent 1-3 day international transit times are spotty at best.  We recommend you order your promotional products with this in mind, wherever you might source them.

ORDERING TIPS:  If you have an event and you are certain that you are going, please use the tips below and order early so that you don't find yourself in a jam down the road.

• If you're a sports team, ORDER EARLY.  Consider leaving the player numbers/name off, omit tourney info and just focus on your logo, mascot or other cool design elements.  These are what make up the hottest traders anyway.  When ordering early you can take advantage of a pre-season promotion's prices. Overseas factories have again advised us to send our trading pin orders in early in 2026.
• If you need convention items or giveaways but don't know the exact date, focus your design on your logo or message & omit convention details.  This will have the added benefit of reusability of excess pieces at future events.
• If you'll need challenge coins, marathon medals or keychains, get them ordered and store them for when you need them.
• Will you need to restock your online store soon?  Don't wait until you almost run out of stock to order what you need.
• Looking to add corporate or marketing items for your business?  Unless you're about to change your logo, there's no reason for you to wait to order.

PRICING & TARIFF UNCERTAINTY:  A significant majority of promotional products originate overseas in China.  While U.S. options are available, they are not typically price-competitive with overseas options.  While nothing is certain, continued higher import tariffs (and resultant customs inspection delays) are a possibility into 2026.  This should be considered when deciding on the right time to place your order.  Price increases may be passed along.  Tariffs may be assessed on your deliveries at some point, though we are currently absorbing these costs.  If you definitely will need coins, pins, medals, etc. going into 2026 you should consider ordering sooner rather than later.  Expect additional delays and delivery times on top of normal times... please plan accordingly.

COVID-19:  No noticeable impact at this time.
