Why soft enamel or hard enamel for custom skiing pins?

Both hold up outdoors better than printed pins. Soft enamel has raised metal. Hard enamel is polished smooth. Skiing is hard on gear, so those two processes are the usual call.

What size should custom ski pins be?

Most skiing pins are about 1.25". Stay under 1.75" for a hat or jacket.

Can you make more than one design for a resort?

Yes. Common sets are a mountain logo, a trail or peak mark, and a season or anniversary pin.

Do ski clubs order the same pins?

Yes. Ski clubs and associations use the same soft enamel and hard enamel processes for club marks and trip pins.

How long does production take?

Standard production and shipping is typically within 30 calendar days. Rush production with 15-calendar-day delivery is available for an additional charge. Order before the season if you can.
